Renovation and repairs are provided for offices, production sites, commercial centers, cottages, and apartments.
 
The services include:

1. Design concept (including development of premises functional specifications and appropriate structural, technical, lighting, interior design, and decorative solutions).

2. Approval of alterations.

3. Renovation and redecoration.
 
Renovation means both major and cosmetic repairs. Major repairs entail structures replacement, re-layout of main premises, building services renewal.
 
Repairs include:
- structures dismantling;
- renovation of walls, ceilings, and floors;
- installation of partitions;
- repair and replacement of windows and window units;
- repair and replacement of doors and door units;
- sanitary installation;
- repair and replacement of HVAC systems, gas supply (including radiators replacement and hidden plumbing);
- waterproofing;
- electrical wiring;
- interior finishing;
- faзade repair and roofing;
- debris removal;
- materials purchase and supply.
 
Renovation and repairs are considered as an individual “project” provided with its own budget, detailed progress and resource schedules.
