Reconstruction projects include the same operation as indicated in the section Construction: selection of best contractors, materials and equipment supply, operational management (including development and realization of operational plans, relations with regulatory authorities, approvals and permissions obtainment, control of spending and reconstruction budget performance, conducting of operational meetings involving all the parties of project etc.).

Reconstruction projects need particular attention to preliminary detailed investigation of existing structures bearing capacity and premises adaptation for client’s demands. Such preparatory work becomes particularly important in case of specific requirements for reinforcement and safety.
