General Contract

General Contractor assumes all the risks related to General Designer and Contractors activity (ICM have appropriate licenses) as well to the quality and terms of turnkey projects. Once the Client chose such service, we can provide him with bank guarantee, issued by a Russian bank, for the amount of the advanced payment. General Contract is especially attractive for the Client because he contacts only ICM, who solve numerous problems that arise during the construction stage of the project. Moreover, the Client gets the possibility to reduce costs: the Client does not need to create a special construction department or to involve in the project high-paid outsourcing specialists. Another important issue is this ICM service allows the Client to get access to an extensive data base of reliable contractors and suppliers, so obtain substantial discounts and profitable contract terms.
