Pre-project and Project Elaboration for the Supermarket Premises Reconstruction

The elaboration started with the analysis of similar realized projects in major Russian cities and SPAR existing supermarkets. Already during the pre-project stage, the detailed technical project, technical specification, network schedule, and the budget for the supermarket arrangement were provided. Nevertheless the short terms of the pre-project stage, the developed documentation allowed carrying out the tender promptly, absent the detailed documentation, but without exceeding the estimated costs.
