Such an ambitious projects as a vast mixed use complex near the down town required to build a strong team since the earliest stage, so for Concept design and Masterplanning the investor Systema Hals (Russia) has involved engineering companies to incorporate in the project advanced efficient technologies which make the site exceptionally attractive and add value. MEP engineering is being developed in close work with Buro Happold (UK), while the Concept Design is provided by Chapman Taylor (UK).
