Project Management for Design and Installation of Curtain Wall
in High-Rise Building of Hyatt Hotel
9th January st. – Boyevykh Druzhin st., Yekaterinburg. Floor area of 12,000  m2
ICM and AluTerra united in consortium to participate in Hyatt luxury hotel construction in the historical center of Yekaterinburg. The general constructer, BOUYGUES Bвtiment International (France), chose for this prestigious building an advanced technology for glass curtain wall – Double Skin climatic facade. To realize such ambitious project the Consortium involved well-known specialists in glass curtain wall development, desiners and technical experts both European and Russian, among them OTH/Elioth (France), IFT Rosenheim (Germany), Tauber Engineering (Germany), SIGaB (Switzerland), NIISPh (Russia).
