Design and Construction of a Private Country Mansion

Nikolina Gora, Moscow region

Currently ICM are designing building services and performing construction of a private country estate on the development of approx. 2 ha. The estate consists of three principal buildings: main house, guest house, and security’s house with car parking, their floor area reaches 4,000 m².

According to the agreement with the Client the general description of the project and the 3D sketch of the security’s house with car parking could be placed on the site.
